Manager, HRIS

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, HRIS to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape and execute the organization’s HR technology strategy, with a focus on systems, data, and process reliability. You will own HRIS administration and governance while partnering closely with IT and Data teams to support integrations, scalability, and business-critical initiatives. The position also includes leading a small team and external partners to deliver effective HR technology support and implementation outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR technology roadmap, including core HR platforms and related systems
• Lead HRIS administration, configuration, security, and governance
• Oversee HR system integrations and data flows
• Partner with IT and Data teams to enhance reliability and scalability
• Lead HR technology initiatives for major projects and implementations
• Establish operational processes, documentation, and governance
• Develop and lead a small team of HRIS professionals and external partners

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience
• Significant experience with UKG Pro and WFM
• Proven track record in HR technology implementations and integrations
• Strong understanding of HR data architecture and system design
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving

Pay

$100,000 – $160,000 annually
