Additional Information

Sustainability is core to our strategy, guiding how we build relationships with employees, clients, and communities while reducing our environmental impact. We foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse culture, supported by learning and development programs (PowerU and MyCampus) and a hybrid work model. Through initiatives like IQ-EQ Launchpad, we empower women managers launching their first fund in an industry where only 15% of private equity and venture capital firms are gender-balanced. Our success is tied to our clients’ success—we’re emotionally invested in helping them achieve their objectives.
