Manager, Healthcare Revenue Cycle (contract)

Responsibilities

Manages project teams and other team members to deliver high quality service and deliverables to clients
Leads engagements to assess, design and implement new operating model and initiatives at clients
Delegates responsibilities and provides oversight and coaching to other team members
Develops trusted relationships with client stakeholders at the Director level and up
Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of client operations and data to identify performance challenges and provide recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Healthcare provider revenue cycle and has served in a Manager capacity
• Experience in Front End RCM (Insurance Verification, Authorizations, Patient Collections), Coding, CFB/DNFB End-to-end Revenue Cycle experience and knowledge and experience with healthcare provider EHR and revenue cycle management systems (e.g. Epic)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to travel every other week to client site
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
