Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintains, manages, and reports on day-to-day operations to the Director to support efficient and effective operations of exiting integration services and platforms.
- Responsible for Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Deployment Management, Integration systems upgrades and platform management.
- Manages implementation of new platforms/products for Integration teams including migrating to newer systems as required.
- Ensures Integration policies and established procedures are followed, including Change Management.
- Plans for resource utilization and prioritization of the body of work for which Integration Support is accountable and responsible.
- Safeguards a full workload across multiple functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Trains, mentors, and coaches IS associates, as well as leads projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Applies strong knowledge of healthcare operations, proven communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and management skills to guide design, development, and deployment of critical systems.
- Drives continual process improvement in the delivery of application services throughout.
- Maintains knowledge of current and emerging trends in healthcare technology, actively seeks information to stay abreast of best practices, application solutions and services, striving to incorporate innovation in a practical, cost-effective manner.
- Ensures that areas of responsibility and projects are within scope and where applicable.
Healthcare Experience required - Bachelors Degree required.
