About the role

The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with a people-first leadership style and can successfully navigate the unique challenges of leading a night-shift operation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end night shift operations for AM93 production and Shipping & Receiving activities.
  • Ensure teammates have the information, materials, resources, and support needed to deliver on safety, quality, cost, and delivery commitments.
  • Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, and day-shift leadership teams to sustain operational performance and drive continuous improvement across the site.
  • Lead and develop front-line coaches and teammates, creating an engaged and accountable culture.
  • Drive execution against site priorities and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure effective shift-to-shift communication and operational handoffs.
  • Lead daily management systems, standard work, and escalation processes.
  • Partner with Maintenance to respond to equipment issues and minimize downtime.
  • Support implementation of AMS, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster an environment where safety is integrated into every aspect of the operation.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships that improve flow, responsiveness, and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, business administration, industrial engineering or related field.
  • Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading people and teams.
  • Experience driving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work on-site Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, business administration, industrial engineering or related field.

  • 5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading people and teams.
  • Experience driving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work on-site Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading manufacturing operations on off-shifts or night shifts.
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Daily Management Systems, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with workforce planning, labor management, and production scheduling.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, production reporting tools, and manufacturing KPIs.
  • Experience supporting Shipping & Receiving or warehouse operations.
