Manager, GTM Applications (Remote)

About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Salesforce developers and QA resources
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT peers to enhance sales and partner experiences
• Act as a strategic consultant to maintain a prioritized roadmap and challenge requests
• Utilize analytical skills to drive pre-research phases and identify trends independently
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate project lifecycles and facilitate faster deployments
• Oversee end-to-end ownership of functional deliverables and process definition
• Manage operational objectives, including resource allocation and project estimation

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development or related experience, particularly in Demand-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash
• 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce developers and contractors using Agile methodologies
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, and Sales Cloud
• Experience with application development using configuration and coding (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
• Proven ability in technical delivery and resource management, improving operational effectiveness

Pay

$125,000 – $180,000 annually
