Manager, Graphic Design (International)

About the role

FIGS is seeking a Manager, Graphic Design to lead the visual identity of our international markets. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Graphic Design with a dotted line to the Sr. Director, International Marketing and works closely with the Creative Marketing Team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the production of 7–10 country-specific adaptations per campaign across international platforms and campaigns.
• Provide clear and consistent communication with campaign leads to ensure creative output aligns within U.S. look and feel.
• Lead and manage a graphic designer focused on global markets, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Maintain design excellence while adapting brand standards to resonate with local preferences.
• Manage project timelines and priorities across international initiatives.
• Stay informed on global creative trends and localization best practices.
• Develop scalable design systems that support consistent brand expression across cultures.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience, including 1+ years managing or leading a team.
• Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign).
• Experience designing for digital and social media across different markets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Deep cultural curiosity and a passion for global storytelling.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $84,000 - $120,000
