Manager, Government Pricing (1155817)

Location: Morristown, NJ Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually Description: Our client is currently seeking a Manager, Government Pricing . This is a hybrid role with competitive salary + bonus + company paid benefits like 401k match, dental and vision etc. This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities Monthly, quarterly and annual calculations of government pricing and rebates (AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP, PHS, IFF, Tricare, FCP, IRA Part D Inflation, Manufacturer Discount Program) Maintain government pricing methodologies, standard operating procedures and reasonable assumptions as they pertain to government programs and pricing to reflect current federal statutes and regulations Perform trend analytics and comparisons to benchmark to support calculations Prepare analytics for Senior Management, in regard to, price increases, product/contract negotiations and changes in legislation which could significantly impact revenue Perform reconciliation between SAP and iContracts Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of government rebate and pricing experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred Strong analytical skills including an acute attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and respond to a high volume of work in a deadline intense environment. A self-starter, able to work independently and manage one’s own time. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Interest in government programs and policy with a focus on compliance. Willingness and capability to tackle analytical assignments, exercising discretion in reviewing prior to making recommendations.
