Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Lead the GRC function for security policies and risk management
• Develop and maintain global security policies and procedures
• Own compliance programs for different regulatory frameworks
• Coordinate audit readiness and evidence collection processes
• Maintain security risk register and track remediation efforts
• Partner with teams to ensure control effectiveness and accountability
• Manage vendor risk assessments and third-party security reviews
• Support customer compliance queries and documentation
• Create metrics for compliance readiness and risk posture reporting
• Drive improvements in GRC processes through automation and efficiency

Qualifications

• 6+ years in security governance, risk management, compliance, or audit roles
• Experience with audits and compliance for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and similar frameworks
• Strong knowledge of security controls and risk assessment practices
• Experience collaborating with auditors and executive leadership
• Skilled in managing third-party risk programs
• Ability to turn complex compliance requirements into clear business practices
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple audits and risks simultaneously

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 annually
