We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description before responsibilities. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (the paragraph after Role Description). Responsibilities (list). Requirements/Qualifications: there is "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could combine as Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications? Might be redundant. Probably we should include Requirements (maybe combine required and preferred) and Qualifications maybe not needed. But we need to decide based on content: we have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could treat them as Requirements (required) and maybe Qualifications (preferred). But we should avoid thin sections. Could combine into one "Requirements" section containing both required and preferred. However the instruction says we can use those headings; we need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for both required and preferred, so we could have a "Requirements" section with required qualifications, and a "Qualifications" section with preferred qualifications. That seems okay. Skills: not explicitly listed; maybe we could infer from responsibilities but better not to create unless explicit. So omit Skills. Benefits: posting mentions "Other benefits include health coverage, flexible PTO, a friendly work environment, plus extra fun perks!" That's benefits. So include Benefits. Pay: posting includes "Pay Range And Compensation Package The estimated base salary range for this role is $165k - $195k depending on experience". So include Pay. Schedule: not mentioned; omit. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, Physical Requirements (maybe we could keep? It's not a section heading; but it's detailed physical requirements. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical Requirements is not EEO, but it's maybe considered boilerplate? It's not legal but could be considered generic. However it's substantive? It describes physical demands; might be considered part of job description but not a heading. The instruction says to output only HTML fragment; we can include it as a

under maybe "About the role" or separate? There's no heading for Physical Requirements. We could include it as a paragraph under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to keep it as a paragraph under About the role? But the About the role currently is the description paragraph. We could add another paragraph after that for Physical Requirements. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep Physical Requirements info. Where to place? Could create a section "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list is examples; we could still use other headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are examples; we could use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. Physical Requirements could be placed under About the role as a paragraph. Similarly, we have "Role Description" heading in original; we should not repeat job title as heading. We can treat the initial paragraph as About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. Let's extract content: About the role: The paragraph after "Role Description": "ICEYE US is developing next-generation spaceborne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) payloads and full space vehicles, and is seeking a Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GN&C) Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for spacecraft attitude control, orbit dynamics, and modeling and simulation (M&S). Sitting within the Space Systems engineering team, this role owns the GN&C architecture and simulation infrastructure across both standalone SAR payload integrations and complete satellite vehicles — ensuring that spacecraft agility, fine-pointing accuracy, stability (jitter), and orbital dynamics meet stringent SAR imaging performance and mission ConOps requirements. The manager will lead the creation and ownership of the team's core Modeling & Simulation (M&S) environment, as well as GN&C functionalities. They will serve as the primary GN&C technical authority across all program lifecycle reviews and drive the team toward a verified, integrated flight article ready for environmental test, launch, and on-orbit operations."
