Manager, Global Trade (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Global Trade (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will oversee global trade technology and compliance support within a complex regulated environment. The manager will partner closely with stakeholders across operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure digital tools align with regulatory requirements and support efficient trade processes. This position will also help drive automation, improve system performance, and strengthen training and reference materials for users.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Global Trade digital tools and systems
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Global Trade technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align tools with business and regulatory needs
• Monitor system performance and coordinate improvements or troubleshooting efforts
• Develop and deliver training and reference materials for tool usage
• Identify automation and improvement opportunities in trade operations
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with regulatory and compliance processes
• Proficiency in utilizing and implementing digital technology for Global Trade compliance

Pay

$107,500 – $204,500 annually
