Manager, Global Payroll (Hybrid)
Federated Hermes is seeking a Manager, Global Payroll to join our team in downtown Pittsburgh, PA (15222). This hybrid role requires core business hours with flexibility for different time zones and overtime as needed.
About the role
As the Manager, Global Payroll, you will oversee assigned staff and execute complex payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation. This role ensures compliance with regulations and drives payroll process improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; finance-related degree preferred
- Professional payroll certification is a plus
- 5 years of U.S. payroll administration experience
- Experience in European and AsiaPAC payroll administration is a plus
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience with MS Office suite and Ceridian Dayforce
- Proficient understanding of payroll accounting and its impact on the general ledger
- Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data format conversion)
- Eligibility to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)
