Manager, Global Central Operations - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Global Central Operations to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will oversee global operational coordination and help ensure consistent execution across distributed teams. The position will partner closely with leadership, trainers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen subject matter expertise, maintain service standards, and support effective communication across the organization. It will also play a key part in change management, documentation upkeep, and policy implementation within a fast-moving, internationally connected environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Support global partners' leadership teams and trainers in developing subject matter expertise Provide feedback and direction to global partners Ensure accountability in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) Communicate updates on internal initiatives and policies Organize and update necessary documentation Align workflows for global teams with internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) Oversee change management initiatives and policy implementation for the global team Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required Minimum 5 years' experience in medical records preferred At least 1 year of management experience or 2 years of lead experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday CRIS certification required Benefits Collaborative work environment with a focus on team-oriented culture Opportunities for professional development and continuous improvement Engagement with global partners and diverse teams Involvement in automation and digital transformation initiatives Support during periods of reduced capacity to ensure consistent operations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
