Manager, Global Brand and Channel Marketing - Electrophysiology
The Opportunity
In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Global Brand & Channel Marketing Manager to lead global branding and communications initiatives for the Electrophysiology business. This is a working manager role for someone who can set strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute. You will own communications strategy end-to-end—including messaging development, asset creation, review and approval processes—ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all channels. You will act as a central hub across marketing, product, and regional teams to drive integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in brand and channel marketing
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in communications strategy, including messaging, content development, and asset lifecycle management
- Strong strategic thinking skills paired with a willingness to execute tactically
- Excellent project management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing and developing teams preferred
- Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social, and digital channels) is a plus
- Agency experience is also a plus
- Medical device or healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel up to 25%

Pay
The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 – $198,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
