Responsibilities
- Lead the administration of global employee benefits programs ensuring enrollment and eligibility accuracy
- Direct benefits team on execution, service delivery, and adherence to governance standards
- Cook up global benefits renewals ensuring compliance and market competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper benefits data management and reporting
- Oversee vendor relationships and performance management for multiple countries
- Monitor and report on global benefits operations performance and implement improvements
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in benefits administration, including 2+ years in a management capacity
- Demonstrated expertise in managing employee benefits programs in a corporate setting
- Deep understanding of employee benefits regulations and compliance
- Prominent experience in supervising or coordinating team efforts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Discretion in handling sensitive information and professionalism in communication
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders
