Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in benefits administration, including 2+ years in a management capacity
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing employee benefits programs in a corporate setting
  • Deep understanding of employee benefits regulations and compliance
  • Prominent experience in supervising or coordinating team efforts
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information and professionalism in communication
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders
