Responsibilities
- Design, direct, and produce all Baptist Health South Florida fundraising events (exclusive of events at Mariner's Hospital, where the Manager will serve in a consulting and collaborative role)
- Establish the annual event plan with input from the Director of Corporate Philanthropy & Fundraising Events, Foundation Executive and Board Leadership, the respective development officers, and the hospital's CEOs
- Execute Foundation fundraising, cultivation, and recognition events
- Develop and manage event expense budgets
- Identify, cultivate, and secure event chairmen and committee members in collaboration with the Foundation CEO and management team
- Recruit, train, supervise, and retain volunteer staff to support Foundation events
- Lead, organize, and support event committees
- Develop and maintain targeted event invitation and attendee lists
- Oversee all event collateral in collaboration with Marketing
- Work proactively with staff, contracted event help, and volunteers; negotiate with vendors for successful event production
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in all areas of event production
- Minimum of 5 years of required experience
Pay
Estimated salary range for this position is $78,611.15 - $102,194.50 per year depending on experience.
