Prince Telecom is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to oversee all operations of our Fulfillment Team in the Charlotte, NC market, ensuring compliance with customer and industry specifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage all operations to ensure completion in accordance with customer and industry specifications.
- Ensure all employees work safely and productively on the project.
- Provide on-the-job training for employees on installation practices and methods to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Hire, train, supervise, discipline, and evaluate field technicians, supervisors, office support personnel, and warehouse functions.
- Maintain all MSO and company quality control and safety requirements.
- Identify performance issues and recommend and implement corrective action.
- Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract technicians.
- Requisition, assign, and track materials needed for daily operations.
- Perform audits of construction operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices.
- Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where personnel are working.
- Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, and track work hours; maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Reconcile all issued parts and materials daily to ensure accurate material usage counts.
- Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes.
- Complete Weekly Reports summarizing all operational concerns.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 3 years of management experience in the cable installation space.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license (Class "C" minimum).
- Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
- Experience in CATV installation field and prior supervisory experience in CATV or related field.
- Must live within one hour of Charlotte, NC.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay
$70,000 - $80,000 per year.

Full-Time (W2).
