Manager, Fragrance Marketing & Brand Strategy – Americas
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to map content accordingly. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings when appropriate. However we should only include a section when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections apply.
We have:
- About the role: Could be the "Our Story" description? Actually "About the role" is about the job, not company. But we have "What You’ll Do" and "What You’ll Be Working On". Those could be Responsibilities. So we could have a Responsibilities section combining those.
- Requirements: Could be "Must Haves" (education, experience, skills). That's requirements.
- Qualifications: Might overlap with Requirements; but we can maybe not duplicate. Since we prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But the instruction says we can use those headings if we have content. However we should avoid thin sections. Maybe we can have Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. That's four sections.
- Skills: Could be part of Requirements.
- Benefits: "Why Sol de Janeiro?" includes bullet points: Competitive salary and bonus program, flexible hybrid work environment, inclusive culture, chance to be part of fast-growing award-winning brand. That's benefits.
- Pay: Salary Range: $80,000 USD - $90,000 USD.
- Schedule: Not mentioned (no schedule info). So we should not include Schedule.
- About the role: Could be a brief summary of the role: maybe combine "What You’ll Do" and "What You’ll Be Working On" into About the role? But we already have Responsibilities. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid using both About the role and Responsibilities if we have content. However we need to avoid filler. We could have About the role as a short paragraph summarizing the role (maybe from first paragraph after "Our Story"? Actually there is "The Manager will serve as a key category marketing expert..." That's more about role. So we could put that in About the role. Then Responsibilities could be the detailed list of duties (the bullet-like sentences). However the posting does not have explicit bullet list; it's paragraphs. We can still wrap each duty in

- . The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to identify lists. The paragraphs contain multiple duties separated by sentences. We could treat each sentence as a list item. That seems appropriate.
Similarly for Requirements: "Must Haves" includes bullet-like lines: Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred, 3-5 years experience in marketing, beauty industry experience preferred, Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment, Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments and levels. We can make each a list item.
Benefits: "Why Sol de Janeiro?" includes bullet points: Competitive salary and bonus program for full-time team members, Flexible hybrid work environment with opportunities for collaboration and growth, Inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and celebrates individuality, The chance to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning global beauty brand. We'll list those.
Pay: Salary Range: $80,000 USD - $90,000 USD. We'll put in
. We should not include repeated boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We also need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal etc. The posting ends with a bunch of EEO and privacy policy link; we should drop that. We also need to not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is not explicitly given but likely "Manager". We'll not add heading for it. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Thus final HTML:

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated content: We used all substantive info. We omitted "Our Story" company description? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "Our Story" is substantive about the company. Should we include it? It could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But the allowed headings list does not include "About the company". However we could include it under About the role? But About the role is supposed to be about the role, not company. However we could treat the "Our Story" as a brief intro before responsibilities. The instruction says we should preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit it, we lose info. So we need to include it somewhere. Perhaps we can include it as a paragraph before the About the role section, not as a heading. That's allowed: we can havefor prose. So we can add a
with the company story before the About the role heading. Thus:
Our StoryLaunched in 2015, Sol de Janeiro is a globally recognized, award-winning beauty brand, drawing inspiration from Brazil’s beauty rituals, warmth, and spirit. Sol de Janeiro delivers a sensory experience beloved by multi-generational consumers worldwide, with clinically proven results, transformative textures, and transportive fragrances. Headquartered in New York and launched as a digitally native brand, we have expanded globally with teams in Paris, London, and Germany. Our commitment to excellence has earned high-profile honors, including being named one of TIME100’s 2024 Most Influential Companies, Fast Company’s 2024 World's Most Innovative Companies, and WWD Beauty Inc’s Power Brands of 2024, underscoring its leadership in the beauty industry and outstanding workplace. These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace.
But note the text has no spaces after periods? Actually the original: "Our StoryLaunched in 2015, Sol de Janeiro is a globally recognized, award-winning beauty brand, drawing inspiration from Brazil’s beauty rituals, warmth, and spirit. Sol de Janeiro delivers a sensory experience beloved by multi-generational consumers worldwide, with clinically proven results, transformative textures, and transportive fragrances. These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace." We need to add a space after "Our Story". We'll just copy as is but maybe add a space. It's okay. We should not include the duplicated line "These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace." appears twice? Actually appears once at end of first paragraph and then again? The text: "Our commitment to excellence has earned high-profile honors, including being named one of TIME100’s 2024 Most Influential Companies, Fast Company’s 2024 World's Most Innovative Companies, and WWD Beauty Inc’s Power Brands of 2024, underscoring its leadership in the beauty industry and outstanding workplace. These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace." That's only once. So fine. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Now final HTML fragment. Check that we usedfor each section heading: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Good. We used
- for lists.
We used
for prose. We didn't repeat job title. We didn't include Schedule. We didn't include any
