What You'll Do
- Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes
- Rebuild the company's FP&A infrastructure, reporting packages, and forecasting models
- Develop executive and Board reporting, dashboards, and KPI reporting
- Own SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, EBITDA, Rule of 40, and cash flow
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Operations on strategic initiatives
- Support private equity reporting, lender reporting, due diligence, and ad hoc strategic analyses
- Drive automation and improve planning processes through modern FP&A tools
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance experience
- Background supporting high-growth SaaS or software businesses
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and executive presentation skills
- Experience with Board reporting and investor-backed organizations
- Track record of building FP&A processes, systems, and scalable reporting infrastructure
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools such as Adaptive Insights is a plus
