Manager, FP&A

About the role

The Manager, FP&A role is based in Mountain View, CA and requires working in person at least 3 days per week. This is a fast-paced, high-growth technology company seeking a self-starter with strong financial modeling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Key driver/owner of operating expenses and decision support modeling for key business areas, partnering closely with senior leadership
• Build and maintain complex financial and decision-making models to evaluate tradeoffs, assess investments, and support scenario planning
• Lead ROI and business case analysis for key initiatives to inform capital allocation and growth decisions
• Support preparation of investor and executive-facing financial materials, ensuring clear and compelling communication of performance and strategy

Qualifications

• 6+ years of directly applicable FP&A experience
• Experience working with SaaS and subscription-based revenue models at a technology company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excel and PowerPoint "power user" capable of creating professional presentation materials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion, with high attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA preferred
• Investment banking or investor relations experience desirable

Compensation

The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $145K to $165K annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
