About the role

FASTSIGNS Ann Arbor is hiring a location manager. The position is responsible for the daily operation of the location and will be focused on continued profitable growth through business development, sales, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development
• Achievement of goals established in conjunction with the owner
• Supervision and training of staff
• Key client account management
• Management of daily operational activities
• Collaboration with other location managers

Requirements

• Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of the sign industry (mandatory)
• Management skill and a mindset focused on growth
• Experience with Corebridge and CRM systems (a plus but not required)
