Manager, Financial Systems

Squarespace is looking for a Manager, Financial Systems to lead cross-functional delivery, partner with Finance leadership, and independently drive solutions across multiple critical Finance processes. Our Financial Systems team runs and evolves Finance so the function operates with less manual effort, stronger controls, and better data, enabling Finance to scale with the company. We are a small, hands-on, high-trust team where everyone owns platforms end to end and is the go-to for their systems across Finance. You will work closely with Accounting, AP, Tax, Procurement, Internal Controls, FP&A, Engineering, and IT. This is an opportunity to own the entire Finance systems stack — NetSuite, Coupa, NSPB, and more — with decisions that land across Controllership, AP, Tax, and FP&A rather than inside a single process. This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office 3 days per week. You will report to the Director, Financial Systems. You'll Get To... In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure in addition to base salary.
