Manager, Financial Systems

About the role

This role will lead the management and implementation of financial systems within a complex ERP environment, with a strong focus on Oracle Financials and support for core accounting operations. You will partner closely with Accounting and Finance to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support the business through critical close cycles and ongoing system enhancements. The position also plays an important role in audit readiness, user enablement, and resolving system issues efficiently to support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and implement financial systems modules in ERP Cloud
• Support users during day-to-day, month-end, and year-end activities
• Research and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure SOX compliance through documentation of system and permission changes
• Assist the accounting team in documenting and improving existing processes
• Provide user training on system functionality and processes
• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver timely solutions

Qualifications

• Significant accounting background; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle, with at least 5 years on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud
• Experience with system financial audits and controls
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Deep knowledge of GL, GIS, AP, and Cash Management modules; Procurement knowledge preferred

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $190,000 annually
