Manager Financial Planning and Cost Analysis

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring and termination decisions, coaching, and performance management
• Direct completion of revenue and expense forecasts and communicate results to senior management
• Provide cost report support consistent with allocation methodologies
• Manage various ad-hoc financial analyses and present findings to senior leadership
• Assist in the development and review of business cases for strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant experience
• 5 years of experience in Finance
• 3 years of experience in a management role

Qualifications

• Preferred: Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
• Preferred: CMA or CPA certification

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
