About the role
As a Financial Planner and Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and support to senior management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and plans
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements impacting financial planning and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- MBA in Finance preferred
Experience Qualifications
- 4 or More Years experience in accounting and/or Financial Planning and Analysis-related work, and/or pharmaceutical/R&D experience required
Licenses Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Potential limited travel for accounting conferences/trainings, etc.

Salary Range:
- USD$127,280.00 - USD$190,920.00
