About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, Financial Operations & Payments to lead the operational execution of our payments ecosystem across HPS, PayMedix, and TempoPay. This individual will own the day-to-day operational integrity of money movement, reconciliation, payment settlements, collections strategy, and financial workflows while helping modernize and scale our payments infrastructure. Today, these responsibilities are distributed across multiple teams and currently owned by our COO. This role will play a key part in PayMedix's broader payments transformation initiative, helping consolidate vendors, modernize operational workflows, strengthen reconciliation and settlement capabilities
