Manager, Finance- Resort Operations

About the role

Provide oversight, guidance, and support for the Operations division by partnering with all departments to deliver high-quality customer service and strategic financial direction. Ensure department deadlines are met, company policies are adhered to, and process improvements are identified.

Responsibilities

• Complete month-end Finance duties for Resort Operations & Volcano Bay.
• Provide direction and delegate duties to direct reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare accurate routine financial reports, including monthly Volcano Bay P&L’s.
• Collaborate with management to build annual Volcano Bay & Resort Operation budgets and quarterly LE updates.
• Document applicable policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings with Operational divisions and participate in resort walks to assess risks and opportunities.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policies, procedures, and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant Finance experience required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
