Manager, Finance Procurement
About the role
We are the leading global independent beverage solutions provider, serving a broad range of national and international retailers as well as Global, National, and Emerging (GNE) brands. Our products are distributed worldwide from production sites in Europe, North America, and Australia. As the Procurement Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and continual maintenance of Refresco’s ERP system (SAP) within Procurement/Procurement Finance, leading the transition to SAP purchasing functionality across North America. You will provide analytical support to the Senior Director of Finance Global Procurement and the Procurement team, establish and maintain processes and procedures, and ensure the integrity of all costs in SAP.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the information in SAP is current at all times, including but not restricted to:
- Material Master
- Standard Prices
- Planned Prices
- Purchasing Settings
- MRP Settings
- Classifications
- Provide reports and inquiries to the Procurement team regarding forecasting, inventory, historical purchases, or any other requirements.
- Support the Cost Accounting team related to standard prices.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of manual functions, processes, controls, and systems within the Procurement Department.
- Ensure timeliness and integrity of Procurement data entered in SAP, including:
- Raw Material Items
- Standard cost file
- Invoice pricing file
- Contract file
- Quote file
- Work with the IT Department to ensure Procurement data and report requirements are met, including coordinating requirement specs, testing, and business signoffs.
- Coordinate the testing of program modifications for SAP’s Procurement and Costing modules, ensuring comprehensive specifications, documented testing scenarios, and business signoff prior to implementation.
- Provide SAP training, documentation, and support for Global Procurement and Procurement Finance teams at both corporate and divisional offices.
- Accomplish all duties and objectives efficiently by:
- Working with economical procedures
- Continually reviewing operations for cost-effectiveness
- Ensuring adequate analysis and planning
- Maintaining productive working relationships with other departments
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the work of employees, including hiring, performance management, and termination.
- Provide training, direction, and instruction, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Offer guidance on work standards and expected outcomes.
- Plan and evaluate performance, contribute to staff training and development, recruitment, and pay recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue analytics, or a related field; CPG experience preferred.
- Experience interacting directly with sales and business teams.
- Strong understanding of information systems, including the pricing process from strategy to execution.
- Finance or Accounting accreditation (e.g., CFA, CA, or CPA) preferred but not required.
Skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Accounting knowledge and experience.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
- Leadership competencies, including fostering empowerment, building trust, and inspiring growth.

Travel Requirements
Based in the Tampa corporate office with minimal travel requirements.
