Manager, Finance

About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth initiatives and partner with stakeholders to develop strategies
• Spearhead complex payor negotiations to maximize net revenue growth
• Lead development of financial analysis and planning tooling, including PowerBI models
• Oversee Chargemaster Data Management and payor fee schedule audits
• Analyze CMS Medicare guidelines for financial and operational impacts
• Collaborate with leadership to translate financial data into corporate strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial modeling
• Knowledge of corporate finance principles and healthcare fee schedule modeling preferred
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
