We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits. We need to use for section headings. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, accommodation instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Preserve all substantive info.
We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits". Pay and Schedule not present, so omit.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to extract content.
Let's parse the posting:
First paragraph: "Work with corporate safety team to ensure all DC, store, and fleet safety programs, along with regulatory compliance initiatives, are carried out. This role will participate in identifying trends and developing appropriate programs and tools to minimize loss and regulatory noncompliance exposure. Will have a heavy emphasis on on-site training. Will do so through knowledge of safety principles, operations, regulatory requirements, and fleet safety coupled with excellent communication skills."
That's about the role.
Then "Essential Job Functions" list many bullet-like sentences. We'll turn into

That's benefits.
Then EEO boilerplate etc to remove.
We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info, not invent.
We'll create sections:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
...
Qualifications
maybe combine Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities Required.
But we also have separate Skills section? The instruction says use headings for section headings like Skills, Benefits, etc. We can have Skills and Qualifications separate. However we have a block that includes both skills and qualifications. Could split: Qualifications (education, experience) and Skills (communication, presentation, etc). Let's extract.
From "Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities Required:" list:
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to quickly develop rapport and help others understand objectives and purposes
- Must have credibility and ability to “sell” product that may not be wanted
- Willingness to travel 50%+
- Ability to pro-actively develop programs with limited supervision, while being cognizant of importance of keeping others informed of activity
- Self-motivated and willing to put in extra time to achieve corporate and departmental objectives
- Ability to work with diverse groups, ranging from executives to inexperienced delivery specialists
- Desired O’Reilly DC and/or store management experience
- 4-year degree in environmental management, safety management or related field; post-graduate education in related fields is a positive
- General knowledge of OSHA, Environmental, DOT, and fire department requirements
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Environmental Professional (CEP), or other related professional certification
- Affinity or interest in auto parts or automotive-related field
- Bi-lingual
We could separate: Qualifications: education, degree, certifications, experience (management, O'Reilly DC/store management). Skills: communication, presentation, rapport, credibility, travel, self-motivated, ability to work with diverse groups, bilingual, etc.
But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine into one "Qualifications and Skills" section. However they gave examples of headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have both Qualifications and Skills if content exists.
We'll create:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
...
Qualifications
...
(education, degree, certifications, experience)
Skills
...
(communication, presentation, etc.)
Benefits
...
(competitive wages, PTO, stock purchase plan, 401k, medical/dental/vision, FSA, health/wellbeing programs, tuition assistance, career growth)
We must ensure we don't include filler like "competitive wages & paid time off" etc. That's fine.
We need to preserve all substantive info: ensure we don't miss any.
Let's extract responsibilities list precisely.
