Manager, Field Marketing Programs

About the Role

Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to join the Americas Field Marketing team. This role leads the Field Marketing Programs team, partnering with Field Marketing Managers to execute regional marketing campaigns. The team is responsible for campaign creation, setup, and delivery, including invitation emails, landing pages, audience management, virtual events, direct mail, and lead management.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Marketing Managers with regional marketing programs, including Marketo campaign builds, invitation emails, landing pages, and audience management.
• Manage integrated marketing programs, such as roadshows, seminars, virtual events, and industry events, to support net-new, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Develop and execute executive and C-level campaigns to position Proofpoint as a thought leader.
• Facilitate large-scale, multilingual virtual event programs for thousands of attendees.
• Ensure accurate lead management and monitor campaign accuracy within Salesforce.
• Manage third-party vendors, promotional items, and marketing collateral.
• Provide onsite event support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years of related marketing experience, including previous people leadership experience.
• Extensive experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com; Marketo certification is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Pay

Base pay ranges vary by geographic location:

• SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area: $136,200.00 - $214,005.00 USD
• California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: $112,700.00 - $177,100.00 USD
• All other cities and states: $101,600.00 - $159,720.00 USD

Pay within these ranges varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity.
