Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates a positive team member experience.
- Led the development of project workplans and scheduling associated project deliverables.
- Acts as a mentor, guiding team members on their career paths.
- Built strong relationships with clients and firm leadership.
- Travels to client locations to gather information.
- Oversaw the quality of work performed by the team for clients.
- Prepared and conducted client presentations.
- Aided in client billing and financial forecasting.
- Responded to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities.
- Defended client tax positions in court when necessary.

Education and Experience
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution in practice-relevant area.
- At least 5+ years of relevant practice experience.
- At least 1+ year of management experience (formal or informal).
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and be a team player.
Computer Skills
- Beginner’s knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses
- Valid driver’s license required.
