Position Summary
What you'll do...
Role Detail
- Oversees all general predictive and preventative maintenance of overall building (Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, etc.) for multiple facilities within the region.
- Directly leads technicians that conduct the hands-on maintenance at the facilities.
- Works directly with Store Managers on their facility services needs.
- Leads, motivates, and develops technicians.
- Manages and evaluates workload.
- Ensures tickets are being escalated properly.
- Works directly with different vendors and contractors if needed.
Hard Skill Sets Needed
- General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal.
- Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience.
- Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
- Communication/Interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills – Route cause and breakdown analysis experience.
- Customer service.
Soft Skill Sets Needed
- EPA Universal Certification.
- PMP Certification.
- Lever Six Sigma.
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR
- 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
