Job Summary The Manager - Facilities is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Facility Services department, with direct oversight of General Maintenance, Manufacturing Support, Metrology, and Facility Resource Planning. This role ensures facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in a state of control and consistently meet cGMP and regulatory compliance standards. Primary Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations within the entire Facility Services groupProvide direct oversight to the General Maintenance, Manufacturing Support, Metrology, and Facility Resource Planning groups Ensure facility and infrastructure systems are maintained in accordance with best industry practicesAccountable for all Quality Systems within the Facilities department, including Deviations, CAPAs, SOP revisions (routine and biennial), and Change ControlProvide oversight of operational activities to promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to all applicable safety policies and regulationsFinal approver for all departmental documentation within SAP Plan departmental goals and objectivesAssign Facilities resources to projects and initiativesResponsible for the management of the departmental budgetsLead cross-functional teams to plan and execute scheduled manufacturing shutdowns for preventive maintenanceServe as the primary departmental point of contact during internal and external auditSupport various site capital initiatives by serving as the Subject Matter Expert for Plant Equipment and SystemsPromote professional development of staff through on-site and off-site coaching, mentoring, and training Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
