What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary technology advisor and hands-on support resource for the CEO.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize executive laptops, tablets, smartphones, conferencing systems, and travel connectivity solutions.
- Provide immediate IT support during global travel, executive meetings, and high-stakes events.

What You Will Bring to the Role
- Seven or more years in IT support or executive tech enablement roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written).
- Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, iOS, and endpoint device management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Network troubleshooting (VPNs, Wi-Fi, enterprise connectivity).
- Endpoint diagnostics and log analysis (Event Viewer, crash logs, performance logs).
- Enterprise conferencing and collaboration platforms.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, executive data protection, and secure IT practices.
- Experience supporting global or multinational environments strongly preferred.

Pay
Compensation Range: $91,000.00 - $130,00.00 annual base salary

Other Details
- Physical requirements: Normal office duties.
- Ability to travel globally up to 40% and provide after-hours support.
