Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in event coordination or management, preferably within professional sports or live event environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and event management tools.
  • Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed for event setup.

  • Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and deliver multiple events and matchday operations simultaneously.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues in both planning and live environments.
