Independently develop work plans for moderate-to-complex assignments, ensuring clearly defined goals and objectives are set and measured for ROI. Ability to present clear and concise plans and outcomes to a variety of audiences.
Vendor Coordination
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with show organizers, exhibit houses and promotional vendors, to maximize budget efficiency.
Budget Oversight
Manage budgets for assigned shows. Independently devise work-around and contingency planning needs, making recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Guide internal teams in the planning of business unit kickoff meetings, customer advisory board meetings, and vertical-specific trade show planning.
