About the role
This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making in the Aerospace & Defense sector. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver TINA cost volumes to the proposal team.
- Review Basis of Estimates for compliance and accuracy.
- Provide support during customer price negotiations.
- Ensure proposal development aligns with Collins procedures and government regulations.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to develop detailed cost and price analysis.
- Support government audits and communicate with DCMA and DCAA organizations.
- Implement process improvements alongside the Proposal Management Group.
Qualifications
- University degree with 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
- Experience in Proposal Pricing and Compliance Auditing.
- Understanding of Military Pricing and US Government contract clauses (FAR, DFAR, TINA).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay
$107,500 – $204,500 annually.
