Manager, Environmental

Responsibilities

• Oversight of compliance with environmental related permits, including effective engagement and liaison with government regulators.
• Preparation and submission of applications and reports.
• Interaction with construction teams to provide technical environmental advice and support.
• Ensuring compliance of environmental procedures and standards for all activities.
• Management of environmental data and associated databases.
• Data validation of environmental monitoring data for inclusion in internal and external reports.
• Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists on project design and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Construction Management, Industrial Management, or equivalent work experience in a supervisory role.
• 8-10 years of experience in industrial (e.g., facilities) and pipeline construction.
• 3 or more years of management experience.
• Experience working on the client side as a representative in the field.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
