Manager, Enterprise Strategy

In Strategy, you will work hand-in-hand with senior business leaders to identify and analyze exciting new opportunities to drive growth and differentiation in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

• Supports formulation, preparation and communication of strategic and operational business plans
• Contributes to cross-functional strategic projects executed in partnership with senior leadership
• Led research associated with business issues and plan formulation, including development of business cases
• Effectively facilitates meetings and strategic workshops, including preparation and driving tangible outcomes
• Stimulates strategic thinking in support of business direction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, healthcare strategy or operations role in an analytical environment
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a focus on payor landscape and trends
• Experience building and evaluating financial models and quickly developing executive-level presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy
• Ability to identify, structure and solve business problems
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Background with payor organizations and specifically value-based care

BA/BS degree required

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $72,360.00 - $159,120.00
