The Manager of Employee Engagement will drive employee engagement and optimize the employee experience across AEG's operations, providing input on the overall employee engagement strategy and serving as a business partner to support internal business lines in their communication needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive engagement program to increase employee retention and foster a culture of inclusion, such as AEG Service Awards.
  • Partner with the Internal Communications Manager for internal communications, executive communications, and employee events, supporting collateral for AEG Backstage and establishing effective two-way communication channels between employees and management.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to staff, and work with leadership and other departments to understand the voice of the employee and identify opportunities to drive employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.
  • Utilize proactive analytics across survey projects to identify actions and interventions in support of a positive workplace, and work closely with the Survey team to deploy the Global MyVoice Engagement Survey and other surveys throughout the year.
  • Support the Employee Engagement Specialist with planning, producing, and executing bi-annual company meetings, AEG Connect Summit, and partner with the EE Events position to plan, produce, and execute All Staff Meetings at least 2x/year.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) and 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and/or coaching teams, with a preference for experience in a large, highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive company image.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and/or project management, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Proficiency in managing corporate intranets and other communications technologies, Microsoft Office Suite, and survey data analysis.
  • Excellent public speaking and event planning expertise, strong organization and time management skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

The pay scale for this position is $105,000.00 - $135,000.00, with eligibility for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
