About the role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Program Manager to lead projects related to emerging platforms, with a focus on Manhattan Active WMS implementation in the life sciences domain. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects related to Manhattan Active WMS implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing phases of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to industry standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge transfer between project teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining project integrity.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, especially in the life sciences domain.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager with a focus on Manhattan Active WMS implementation.
- Proven experience in life sciences projects, understanding industry-specific requirements and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project planning, risk assessment, and change management techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
