About the role
Pali Momi Medical Center, with 118 beds and a medical staff of over 400 physicians, serves the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital is known for its medical firsts, such as the only interventional cardiac catheterization unit, a minimally invasive surgical suite, a women’s center, and advanced imaging services.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate quality patient care by integrating the needs of patients and availability of support services.
- Participate in the strategic planning process and assume practice accountability for the department and Service Line.
Requirements
- Must meet education requirements for Hawaii state licensing.
- Current Hawaii Registered Nurse license.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification.
- Two (2) years clinical supervisory or related experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Current national certification in area of specialty preferred.
Skills
- Excellent organizational, communications and planning skills.
