Responsibilities
- Partner with attorneys, litigation support professionals, and business stakeholders on eDiscovery strategy
- Provide guidance throughout the EDRM lifecycle including collection, processing, review, production, and analytics
- Advis[e] legal teams on technology solutions, workflows, and defensible discovery practices
- Manage and support eDiscovery platforms and related technologies
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on project execution and technology initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client service delivery
- Serve as a trusted consultant to attorneys by translating business needs into practical technology solutions
- Assist with reporting, metrics, and operational initiatives within the Practice Solutions team
- Support implementation and adoption of new legal technology tools
- Contribute to team growth, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Experience managing eDiscovery projects and technology solutions in a law firm, consulting, or legal services environment
- Strong understanding of the EDRM and discovery best practices
- Experience working directly with attorneys and legal teams
- Ability to assess requirements, ask thoughtful questions, and provide strategic recommendations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Consultative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Python or scripting experience is highly desirable
Pay
Expected salary for this exempt role is $150,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
