Company Overview: A middle-market private equity investment firm founded in 1998, with offices in Boston and New York, is seeking a Manger/Director or Vice President of AI Strategy & Transformation to drive AI adoption across its Private Equity investment team. Job Responsibilities: Own AI adoption across the PE investment team, measured by active usage in live deal workBuild direct relationships with associates, VPs, Principals, and MDs, and earn the right to change how they workRun office hours, working sessions, and desk-side supportIdentify and develop AI champions inside each sector teamRedesign the highest-volume workflows as AI-firstAct as product manager for what gets builtBuild and maintain Claude skills, agents, and automated workflowsManage the firm's Software Engineer for AI & AutomationDesign and run the training curriculum for the investment teamTrain the team on the firm's AI policies and monitor tool usage Qualifications: 3 to 6 years of deal or consulting experience in private equity, private credit, investment banking, or strategy consultingObsessive interest in AI with evidence of building something with AI or automationCredibility and presence with investment professionalsProduct and project management skillsJudgment in a regulated environmentPreferred: Working fluency with Claude, workflow automation platforms, and familiarity with CRM and deal-workflow systems Compensation: Salary: $225,000 – $270,000, Plus Bonus The post Manager/Director or Vice President, AI Strategy & Transformation appeared first on Landing Point.
