Responsibilities
- Own the entire deal process from quota creation to bookings
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex transactions
- Manage the transition from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud
- Advanced Enforce consistent approval matrices and pricing guidelines
- Partner with various departments to evolve deal policies and pricing frameworks
- Design frameworks for flexible enterprise negotiations without setting precedents
- Define, track, and report KPIs measuring Deal Desk health
- Champion automation of deal approvals and quote workflows
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership roles (Director level)
- 5-8 years relevant experience with proven leadership or senior ownership (Manager level)
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting, ARR/NRR, and revenue recognition
- Salesforce CPQ experience required; RCA experience preferred
- Track record of maintaining commercial policy while fostering relationships with Sales, Finance, and Legal
- Experience handling high-performing sales teams with respect
- Experience in deal automation; AI-assisted deal management is a plus
- Jira experience is preferred
