Manager, Digital Partnerships

About the role

The Manager, Digital Partnerships leads a team of Negotiators and Associates in developing and executing digital media plans from inception to completion. The Manager oversees deliverables, ensures work meets specifications, and manages resource allocation, growth, and team development. They drive exploration of non-traditional partnership opportunities and maximize communication across owned and earned media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients on marketplace intelligence, negotiation, and partnership needs aligned with client KPIs
• Maintain daily client contact, manage requests, and foster relationships with media partners
• Present plan recommendations, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams
• Act as a key liaison, mentor associates, and ensure high-quality work standards
• Lead strategic media planning and participate in KPI and RFP development
• Manage partner negotiations, oversee budget and billing, and maintain campaign oversight
• Provide guidance on reports and presentations and manage relationships with Analytics and Ad Ops
• Secure competitive marketplace pricing and apply knowledge of MAGNA’s investment strategies

Required Skills and Experience

• Fundamental understanding of media tools and syndicated tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop integrated marketing communication plans encompassing traditional and non-traditional media strategies
• Experience delegating and overseeing Associates and Negotiators workload
• Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology: DoubleClick DART, Atlas DMT, Media Mind
• Experience across a variety of media channels
• 4+ years of experience in digital media planning

Desired Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge of third-party Internet marketing research tools: comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, NetRatings, and others
• Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in writing

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 – $90,000.00.
