Manager - Digital Cutover Lead, oneRTX PST (Remote)

About the role

The Cutover Lead will manage the cutover process for the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST) project. This involves developing comprehensive cutover management plans, driving execution, tracking progress, and resolving issues. The role also includes leading daily meetings, monitoring risks, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities

• Cutover planning and execution of comprehensive cutover management plan
• Drive cutover progress, including task completion and milestone achievement
• Lead Daily meetings with cross-functional thread leads
• Understand team member workload, potential resource constraints, and ensure optimal resource utilization
• Proactively manage risks, identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor potential issues
• Maintain real-time alerts for critical issues and track cutover issue resolution
• Communicate expectations and instill accountability in team members
• Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals
• Manage multiple cutover activities, tasks, and resources through effective organization and prioritization
• Document and report on cutover activities
• Communicate with internal stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance quality and efficiency of cutover activities

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR 12 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree
• Experience in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Planview or similar tools
• CORE or equivalent (ie. Six Sigma or Change Management) and project management expertise
• Experience with multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology

Additional Responsibilities

• Ability to travel ~ 25%-50% to other major RTX US sites (Farmington, Richardson, Cedar Rapids, and Charlotte)
