We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, scam warning, etc). Must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Pay Transparency with range, benefits listed. So we can include Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule? Not mentioned explicitly; there is mention of flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Also we have About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (duties). Qualifications (education, experience). Skills maybe separate? The posting lumps qualifications and skills together. We could split into Qualifications and Skills sections if there is distinct content. But we must not create thin sections. Better to combine? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including education, experience, skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. Ensure we don't include empty sections. We need to preserve all substantive information: location note: remote position based in Kansas City metro area, ideal candidate resides in Missouri or Kansas. That's part of About the role? Could be in About the role or a separate meta. We'll include in About the role paragraph. We must not include duplicated lines. Remove boilerplate: equal opportunity employer, accessibility statement, vaccination encouragement, powered by JazzHR, etc. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to extract duties list: many bullet-like sentences. We'll turn them into

    • . Similarly qualifications list. Benefits list: Healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with employer match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, paid time off and several paid holidays are available to Association employees, among other benefits. Pay: range $46,346 - $56,894 annually. Schedule: flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Also mention: Maintains personal auto insurance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds. That's a requirement; could be in Qualifications or Responsibilities? It's a physical requirement. We'll include in Qualifications maybe under "Other requirements". Could be in Responsibilities? Probably Qualifications. Also mention: Possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Possess basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for this positions events. Experience with Salesforce a plus. We need to avoid duplication: there are repeated phrases like "Possess excellent organizational and communication skills." and "Strong verbal and written communication." We'll combine. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep all specifics. Let's craft sections:

      About the role

Established in 1985, The ALS Association is the only national nonprofit organization fighting ALS on every front. This remote position is based in the Kansas City metropolitan area; the ideal candidate resides in Missouri or Kansas. As the Manager, Development, you will manage Walk to Defeat ALS® events and other revenue‑producing opportunities in Kansas, generating revenue through the Walk program, community events, and donor engagement while building relationships with constituents, identifying new revenue streams from corporate and individual donors, and supporting the organization’s mission to enhance quality of life and search for a cure.

      That's a prose summary.

      • Maintains personal auto insurance.
      • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds.
We might also include Skills section but we already covered skills in Qualifications. To avoid thin sections, we could omit separate Skills.

      Benefits

      • Healthcare benefits
      • 401(k) plan with employer match
      • Short‑term and long‑term disability coverage
      • Basic life insurance
      • Well‑being benefits
      • Paid time off
      • Several paid holidays
      • Other benefits as available to Association employees

      Pay

The ALS Association’s pay range for this position is $46,346 – $56,894 annually.

      Schedule

Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, accessibility, vaccination, powered by JazzHR, etc. We removed those. Check for duplicate content: We have "Strong verbal and written communication skills." and also "Great relationship and interpersonal skills;" etc. That's fine. Check for any placeholder text: none. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading: we didn't. Check that we didn't include Job ID: none. Check that we didn't include "Pay Transparency:" heading; we used Pay section with the range. Check that we didn't include "Benefits listed may differ depending on employment status": we omitted that nuance but we kept benefits list; we might need to mention that benefits may differ depending on employment status. The posting says: "The benefits listed may differ depending on employment status with the Association." That's substantive; we should include that note. We can add a sentence in Benefits section: "Note: benefits may vary based on employment status." That preserves info. Also we should include that "Healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with employer match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, paid time off and several paid holidays are available to Association employees, among other benefits." We captured that. We also need to include that "The ALS Association has compensation ranges for various work locations throughout the United States, allowing us to compensate employees competitively and consistently in diverse geographic markets. The above-listed listed range shows prospective compensation for this role; the appropriate range will be established by what is eventually determined to be the candidate's primary work location. Various factors, including the complexity and significance of the role, job duties/requirements, relevant experience and abilities, and primary work location, determine individual compensation. Compensation ranges are evaluated and typically adjusted on a regular basis. Offers are made within the compensation range that is in effect at the time of the job offer. The Association may, at its discretion, offer merit-based increases tied to individual performance." That's a lot of detail about pay. We should preserve all substantive information. We can include a paragraph under Pay section with that detail, not just the range. The instruction: do not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state them, with details. So we should include that detail. Thus Pay section:

      ... range ...

plus additional paragraphs. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We also need to include that "The ALS Association’s pay range for this position is $46,346 - $56,894 annually." plus the rest. Let's craft Pay section:

      Pay

The ALS Association’s pay range for this position is $46,346 – $56,894 annually.

The Association has compensation ranges for various work locations throughout the United States, allowing competitive and consistent pay across diverse geographic markets. The above‑listed range shows prospective compensation for this role; the appropriate range will be determined by the candidate’s primary work location. Individual compensation is based on factors such as role complexity and significance, duties/requirements, relevant experience and abilities, and work location. Ranges are evaluated and adjusted regularly, and offers are made within the range in effect at the time of the job offer. The Association may, at its discretion, provide merit‑based increases tied to individual performance.

That preserves all. Now Benefits section: include note about variance.

      Benefits

      • Healthcare benefits
      • 401(k) plan with employer match
      • Short‑term and long‑term disability coverage
      • Basic life insurance
      • Well‑being benefits
      • Paid time off
      • Several paid holidays
      • Other benefits as available to Association employees

Note: benefits may vary depending on employment status.

Schedule section: we have flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Also mention "Maintains personal auto insurance." That's a requirement; we already have in Qualifications. Could also mention in Schedule? Probably not needed. We'll keep Schedule as just that. Now About the role: we need to include the mission description and that it's remote position based in Kansas City metro area, ideal candidate resides in Missouri or Kansas. Also mention that the position is Manager, Development. We'll include that. Let's craft About the role:
