Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects - Public Sector

About the role

This role will lead a customer-facing post-sales organization focused on guiding public sector clients from solution adoption through successful delivery. You will shape execution strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner closely with sales and professional services to help customers realize value from data and analytics initiatives. The position blends people leadership, strategic customer engagement, and operational oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs)
• Shape and monitor the post-sales execution strategy for customers
• Hire, coach, and grow a team in a high-growth environment
• Assign accounts and distribute work for optimal coverage
• Inspire a customer-obsessed team through understanding client needs
• Partner with sales and professional services to accelerate customer growth
• Lead team activities to track customer progress and forecast growth

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required due to public sector client support
• 7+ years of successful experience in customer-facing roles
• Proven experience with SaaS technologies including data analytics and data science
• Experience building and leading technical post-sales teams
• Trusted advisor to executives with strategic data project delivery expertise
• Experience delivering workloads or data products into production
